The Downtown Dunedin Merchants Association is a 501c6 non-profit merchants association. Our profits go to help our community and our merchants. This is an opportunity for your business to reach thousands while helping our association.

Gates will open at 9:00AM for setup. – tables, chairs and/or tents are NOT included. Participation is on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited.
VENDOR CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be issued.
$150 per site. If you require electricity there will be a $50 charge. Vendors will be invoiced via Square, upon confirmation of booth reservation, by completion of the application.
$250 per site, and you must bring your own inverter generator.
**NOTE this is a requirement and by signing the agreement you are agreeing to supply this equipment.
All sales will be transacted by, and all proceeds will go directly to the vendors. Downtown Dunedin Merchants Association makes no guarantees as to the amount of profit that will be generated by vendors.
“Vendor “undertakes not to hold Downtown Dunedin Merchants responsible for ("harmless against") claims and liability that may incur, so that ‘Vendor” will not sue Downtown Dunedin Merchants Assoc for recovery of losses suffered by “Vendor” as the result of any on-site injury.
ALL Vendors are required to obtain a liability certificate for the day of the event listing the DDMA as the additional insured.
